Information you choose to submit
Application and contact forms request your name, email, optional company and phone, and relevant business goals or inquiry details. Do not submit government identifiers, payment details, medical data, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not silently distributed across RR Empire companies or enrolled in unrelated marketing. A separate notice and approval are needed before connecting a CRM or membership service. Hosting and database processors may handle information to operate this site.
Storage and security
When activated, forms store data in a private Supabase database with server-side access controls. Administrators must authenticate and have an assigned role. Submission checks use a hashed IP for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application record. Hosting providers may maintain technical logs.
Retention and your requests
Contact contactromanroyce@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Inquiries should be removed when no longer needed; a final retention schedule must be approved before production intake is enabled. No analytics or advertising pixels are added by this build.
Browser storage and third parties
The site keeps no advertising identifier. An admin login token is kept in browser memory for the current session only. Google Fonts and outbound social/company links have their own privacy practices. Company sites are separate destinations.
Submission availability
If the intake service is not configured, the form displays an unavailable message and does not claim to have stored or sent anything. Production intake requires configuration and testing.
